Laser Skin Treatments in Bella Vista

We use the Alma Harmony XL Pro, a laser and light platform with several handpieces, so the treatment can be matched to your skin type and your concern rather than applied the same way to everyone. All laser treatments are performed by Priscille Vrljic, a registered nurse, and begin with a skin consultation.

Treatment time ranges from 5 to 60 minutes or more depending on the area. Cost varies and starts from $150. Downtime is typically mild redness for 24 hours. Attend make-up free and cease Retinol 2 days beforehand.

Pigmentation, sun spots and age spots

The Dye VL handpiece uses AFT, Advanced Fluorescence Technology, which improves the quality of light used in IPL treatments by improving absorption by the skin and reducing side effects. It uses a wider range of light, which allows for more precision and reduces discomfort and skin irritation.

It is used for pigmented lesions such as sun spots and age spots, for vascular lesions such as spider veins and rosacea, and for skin rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction.

Melasma and skin texture

The ClearLift handpiece is a non-invasive Q-switch fractional laser. It has a photoacoustic effect, which means that when the laser light is absorbed by the skin it converts into ultrasonic waves because of the rapid expansion and contraction of the tissue. This causes a thermal shock that stimulates the skin's natural healing processes.

It is used for melasma, by targeting and breaking down excess melanin, for skin texture and tone through collagen stimulation, and for fine lines and deeper wrinkles.

Tattoo removal

The ClearLift handpiece is also used for laser tattoo removal. That has its own page: laser tattoo removal in Bella Vista.

Which handpiece suits you

Which handpiece is appropriate, and how many sessions may be needed, is assessed at your consultation. Some concerns respond to one approach and not another, and some are not suitable for laser at all.
